I’m just gonna be honest with you
I’m not an expert. I haven’t figured everything out yet.
And I don’t have all the answers (I honestly feel just as overwhelmed, scared and confused as you do).
But while I’m not an expert, I do know that my readers find what I write amazingly helpful. Like out-of-this-world kinda helpful.
So here’s the deal – I don’t need to have all my shit lined up to be able to help you. I may not have ‘figured it out’ yet (who knows if any of us ever will) but I have figured some pretty important things out. Quite a lot of things actually.
Here’s what I do know
I’m a huge nerd when it comes to personal development and habits – I’m completely obsessed with figuring out how to make myself do what I really want to do.
And I’ve finally figured out how to stick to a habit long after my motivation has run out (thank god).
So I get asked a lot of questions about how to stick to habits, many of which I’ve answered on this blog (like how to create a morning routine, how to workout regularly, how to stop procrastinating and how to wake up early). But I know that having all of that advice scattered randomly throughout my blog isn’t really that helpful.
It’d be way better to have something that will tell you exactly what you need to do and the order you need to do it. Something that will show you exactly how to apply that advice in your own life so you can begin to create momentum and achieve those scary big goals.
