Starting a journal is one thing but sticking to a journal is another! While I’ve had some type of journaling habit for as long as I can remember, I’ve abandoned more journals than I’d like to admit! Thankfully, I’ve finally found my groove and have managed to stay pretty consistent with daily journaling – even though I tend to have an all-or-nothing mindset.
