I received an email from Melissa asking for me advice on what to do if you’re having a bad week or you just can’t find motivation. She said she was on week 3 of her running plan, she hadn’t gone for a run all week and she was feeling extremely guilty and sorry for herself.
I’ve definitely found myself in the same situation many times before so I thought I’d record this episode to share my advice on how to pick yourself back up and get yourself on track when you’re having a bad day or week. I hope you find it helpful!
