MY MORNING ROUTINE
1 → Wake up at 5:15 am (I set two alarms – one at 5:15am and one at 5:18am so I can have a couple of minutes to cuddle Steve but it’s not too long that I fall back into deep sleep)
2 → Splash my face with water (just to help me wake up!)
3 → Fill up my 800ml bottle of water and begin drinking
4 → Do my workout at my local gym and make sure my water is finished before I get back home
5 → Shower and get dressed for the day (but I’ll be choosing my outfit the night before!)
6 → Have a healthy breakfast (I’m currently having either 3 eggs with cooked spinach and avocado or having 1/2 cup of cooked oats with a teaspoon of peanut butter stirred through and a banana on top)
7 → Review my iCal to see what I have planned for the day and start working
I also won’t be checking email or social media until breakfast time at the very earliest!
