Lately, I’ve been getting A LOT of questions about how to make the most of the new year. And I’m not surprised! Perfectionists feel all the feelings at the beginning of a new year…

It even got to the point where I stopped setting goals because I was SO scared of letting myself down (and looking like a try hard).

For YEARS I kept trying to figure out why this was happening to me. I was smart and ambitious, so why the hell wasn’t I making progress?!

But the answer was simple. And once I figured out what I was unknowingly doing wrong, my life started to change before my eyes – I quit my full-time accounting job, found like-minded friends who actually understood me, started a top-rated podcast, got in a groove with my morning routine, became healthier than ever and made six figures in my business…

But what’s more important is that I started trusting myself again – and I want to help you do the same!
